ART to PART – Design facilities:

The company has an excellent Tool Design & production team to handle different types of molding parts through:

  • Insert molding

  • Over molding

  • High Cavitations Molds (32,48, 96 cavities)

  • Low cycle time molding on high cavitations moulds

  • Family molding

  • 2 Color molding

  • In-mold labeling

  • Decorative / Assembly & testing of Plastic parts 

The Tool Design is managed with latest mold design Software .

Unigraphics ( NX2)  is an advanced high-end CAD/CAM/CAE , used to

  • Design (parametric and direct solid/surface modeling)

  • Engineering analysis (static; dynamic; electro-magnetic; thermal, using the finite element method; and fluid, using the finite volume method).

  • Manufacturing finished design by using included machining modules.

Mastercam’s comprehensive set of predefined tool paths—including contour, drill, pocketing, face, peel mill, engraving, surface high speed, advanced multi axis, and many more—enable machinists to cut parts efficiently and accurately.

 

TOOL ROOM:

  SR PLASTICS (SRP) is fully equipped with in-house TOOL ROOM facilities. The tool room has various sophisticated machineries to make the tooling process effective. The machineries include:

Our Tool Design team understands the end product application, functionalities, its intended performance objectives and the market requirement of the product.

We focus on the tool life, efficiency and performance by proper controls & monitoring. We also ensure that we conduct regular check on the condition of the tool, so that the output Quality of the part is always good.

The BFW vertical machining center Agni was built with the intention to serve the manufacturing industry as the basic contributor to shop- floor productivity and batch -production efficiency. As Agni (Fire God) takes on different forms & sizes based upon its offerings, Agni+ has the adaptability to adjust to a variety of spaces .

 

Assured performance backed by more than a hundred stringent tests on functionality, accuracy under diverse conditions, with reliability adherence to performance parameters, safety, environment protection and other aspects..

The part development process is done through a systematic flow , wherein the Quality checkpoints are introduced at the respective stage.

Our Design & Operations team work in tandem to ensure that the process is optimized to the desired output.
