Tool Room Capabilities
Unigraphics ( NX2) is an advanced high-end CAD/CAM/CAE , used to
Design (parametric and direct solid/surface modeling)
Engineering analysis (static; dynamic; electro-magnetic; thermal, using the finite element method; and fluid, using the finite volume method).
Manufacturing finished design by using included machining modules.
Mastercam’s comprehensive set of predefined tool paths—including contour, drill, pocketing, face, peel mill, engraving, surface high speed, advanced multi axis, and many more—enable machinists to cut parts efficiently and accurately.
SR PLASTICS (SRP) is fully equipped with in-house TOOL ROOM facilities. The tool room has various sophisticated machineries to make the tooling process effective. The machineries include:

The part development process is done through a systematic flow , wherein the Quality checkpoints are introduced at the respective stage.
Our Design & Operations team work in tandem to ensure that the process is optimized to the desired output.
